We prioritize quality and safety. Due to strict hygiene protocols, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have left our warehouse, as we cannot resell them 23. Exceptions apply only to:

  • Defective/damaged items (reported within 48 hours of delivery).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email sale@officiallemmelive.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos of the issue (e.g., unopened defective product) 10.

  2. Approval: Our team will review within 3 business days. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (U.S.) or instructions for international returns 5.

Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5–14 business days after inspection 9.

  • Method: Issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).

  • Deductions: Return shipping fees may apply for international orders 5.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (safety policy) 2.

  • International orders (except defects) 4.

  • Subscription purchases (manage/cancel via account settings) 3.
